c. "Job Seeker" refers to individuals using our Services to find employment opportunities in Canada.
d. "Employer" refers to Canadian companies utilizing our Services to find suitable candidates.
To use our Services, you must:
a. Be at least 18 years of age.
b. Be legally eligible to work in Canada or meet the requirements for Canadian immigration programs.
c. Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your information updated.
d. Have the right to provide the information you submit to us.
To access certain features of our Site, you may need to register for an account. When registering, you agree to:
a. Provide accurate and complete information.
b. Maintain the security of your account credentials.
c. Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
d. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Simizi provides the following services:
a. Job Matching: We connect qualified candidates from Kenya with employment opportunities in Canada.
b. Immigration Assistance: We provide guidance on immigration processes and requirements.
c. Relocation Support: We offer information and resources to assist with relocation to Canada.
d. Employer Connections: We facilitate connections between Canadian employers and Kenyan professionals.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee job placement or successful immigration outcomes. The final decisions regarding employment and immigration rest with employers and Canadian immigration authorities respectively.
When using our Site, you agree not to:
a. Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
b. Use the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
c. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site.
d. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site.
e. Harass, abuse, or harm another person.

Simizi may charge fees for certain Services. When applicable:
a. All fees are stated in the currency specified and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
b. Payment is due at the time specified during the service registration process.
c. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users before implementation.
d. Refunds are provided in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is available upon request.
The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by Simizi, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without our prior written consent.

IN NO EVENT WILL SIMIZI, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY APPLIES WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF THE SITE, FROM INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, OR FROM THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF THE SITE.

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another user, a third-party, or us.
Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
